REFUND POLICY

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at tossdff@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at tossdff@gmail.com and we'll be happy to assist you.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
